Join us (weather permitting) in Sharon Woods for a Yogabout (Yoga out and about). We'll begin our hour practice with a few minutes of walking meditation to absorb some of Mother Nature's "Vitamin G" while we slow down our breath, followed by gentle warm-up stretching. We'll do sun salutations to warm up our bodies, then after a few standing/balancing poses, will work our way down to the ground to cool down with gentle stretches, including a few yin (held) poses to juice up our connective tissue. Imagine Savasana looking up at the beautiful trees with (hopefully) blue sky behind the branches.
Classes are offered at the following rates:
- Donation Based (+$3 at the gate if you don't have a Park Pass)
From Lebanon Road (south of I-275), use the Sharon Woods Drive entrance into the park; make the first right you can onto Buckeye Falls Drive. You'll see parking and a small field on the left.
