Gentle Yoga and Relaxation
Taught by Niki Pappas, RYT
Gentle Yoga and Relaxation is a 60 minute restorative yoga class that includes slow yummy poses that make your body say "ahhhhhh" and ends with guided meditation to relax the mind, body, and spirit. This is a wonderful class for yogis of ALL levels to come and softly stretch the body and quiet the mind. You will roll off of your mat feeling all loosey goosey and ready for a restful night of sleep.
Classes are offered at the following rates:
