Chill the F*** Out: A serious look at reducing stress is a 2 hour workshop that introduces ways to reduce stress for the mind, body, and spirit. Participants will learn what happens to your body when it's under chronic stress, how to balance stress through your hectic life, how to use mindfulness to rewire your brain, and much more! This is a great educational opportunity for anyone and everyone who is feeling the pressures of life and wants to Chill the F*** Out!
