Be Kind to You: The Benefits of Self-Acceptance is a 90 minute workshop on increasing self-acceptance and self-compassion.  Participants will explore what happens when self-acceptance is absent, and the life-changing benefits that can occur when it becomes a foundational part of your makeup.
