Introduction to Yoga is a FREE 30 minute introduction to yoga including terminology, types of yoga practices, and basic sitting, standing, and balancing poses. This is a great educational and experiential opportunity for anyone who is intrigued by yoga but not quite sure what it is all about, or who has gone to a yoga class or two and would like to understand more about what the heck is going on! You are free to sit in and listen to the information presented and will have the opportunity to practice poses if you would like. Practicing the poses is not required!
The Intro to Yoga Class is FREE and is followed by a Gentle Flow class for those interested in putting their new knowledge to practice.
