Vin to Yin

Vin to Yin Yoga is a 60 minute vinyasa and yin yoga class. The class begins with some breathing exercises to allow our body's parasympathetic system to kick in and relax us. We'll then go through a warming and heart-opening practice to allow energy to begin flowing in our bodies through a vinyasa (wise progression) of poses. The second half of the class will focus on yin poses held longer to stretch the connective tissues in target areas, helping us to relax even more. Our goal will be to focus on uniting our movement with our breath, and appreciating what our bodies can do, so that we can return to our lives feeling calm, peaceful and balanced after this healing practice. Classes are offered at the following rates:
$10 per class
