Welcome to Self-Care Sunday!

Self-Care Sunday is a 90 minute combination of yoga, meditation, and journaling. It promises to be a wonderful Reboot that will allow you to release all of the leftover stress and tension from last week and prepare for the week to come. Bring your yoga mat and your journal if you have them, but don't worry if you don't. We will provide you with anything you need to have a comfortable and restorative time with the excellent practitioners housed at Good Therapy.
Classes are offered at the following rates:
- $15 per class OR
- $10 for first-time visitors
