Mindful Monday is a 30 minute pick-me-up designed to increase focus and decrease stress. Come during your lunch break for quiet reflection and end your practice by savoring a cup of complimentary tea or coffee. Mats, blocks, and blankets will be available and you are encouraged to bring any additional props that will increase your comfort.
Classes are donation based. The suggested donation amount is $8.
